I have a DigitalOcean droplet with Ubuntu. What is the simplest reliable setup for deploying a Laravel app with zero downtime?

Nginx + PHP-FPM + Supervisor for queues. For zero downtime look at Laravel Envoy or Deployer.

I use Laravel Forge with a DigitalOcean droplet, it sets up Nginx and zero-downtime deploys for you.
